Moby celebrates the recent release of his album with a gig at Sankeys. 'Last Night' launched back in May, and the bald one is embarking on a club tour to promote it (The album has receive mostly positive reviews, with Rolling Stone giving it four stars our of five).It's been almost ten years since he last DJed in Manchester and expect an eclectic set....forget all that stuff about Moby being a tree hugging, tea drinking hippy. A friend of a friend has the enormous job of 'looking after him' on a tour, and he was certainly the life and soul of the party.

Moby plays on Thursday 24th July, 9pm - 3am with support from Greg Vickers and DJ Ellesse.
